Dr. Brad Klein is a community neurologist and headache subspecialist, and founder and first president of the Pennsylvania Neurological Society. He is a partner and Chief Financial Officer of Abington Neurological Associates, Ltd..  He also serves as the Director of the Abington Headache Center, and holds a faculty appointment as Clinical Professor of Neurology at Thomas Jefferson University.

He brings over 20 years of state and national health policy experience, including direct legislative testimony and bill oversight. He currently chairs the American Academy of Neurology’s State Policy Work Group and serves as Physician Lead of its Practice Leadership Program, having previously chaired the AAN’s Medical Economics and Practice Committee and served as an ex officio member of its Board of Directors. He is the founding chair of the American Headache Society’s Practice Management Committee and was appointed by two successive Pennsylvania governors to the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council.
